Returns and Complaints

Our clients have 14 days from the date of receiving the package with the order to return each product purchased in the online store https://www.tymoszewiczdesign.pl.

To make a return, download and fill in the formHERE

Additionally:  

 - Prepare the receipt that was attached to your order.

 - Place the receipt and the completed return form with the goods you want to return in the box or shipping envelope

 -Send the parcel by courier of your choice or by Polish Post, send it to the following address:

E. It is a good idea to save the shipment details to make it easier to locate.

F. The cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of the parcel's delivery to our warehouse.

Important: the cost of the original and return shipment is borne by the customer. Please be careful when shopping :)
